Image Timm Boettcher - President and Chief Executive Officer


Over the past 20 years Timm has been instrumental in establishing Realityworks’ corporate vision and strategic growth plan. Originally recruited in 1998 to design and develop cutting-edge technology for new products, Timm was promoted to President in 2005 and then President and CEO in 2014.

During his tenure, Timm has helped Realityworks achieve double-digit, top-line growth with dramatic profit and cash flow improvement; in recent years, he has overseen doubled domestic revenues. Timm is passionate about fostering strong collaboration between education and business to help educators prepare youth with the skills needed to succeed in the workforce. He fosters this passion through direction on product development and strategic corporate planning as well as assisting with various educational and non-profit organizations. Timm has chaired the Industry Workforce Needs Coalition (IWNC), served on the Association of Career and Technical Education (ACTE) Board of Directors, and served and chaired workforce development entities like the Western Wisconsin Workforce Development Board. Timm applies his entrepreneurial and innovation passion in leadership roles within the University Wisconsin - Stout Discovery Center Board; past involvement includes the Innovation Foundation of Western Wisconsin and the EdNET Advisory Board. Timm has presented workforce development strategies at several national levels including Harvard’s Pathways to Prosperity and the U.S. Department of Labor. In recognition of his efforts, Timm received national recognition as the 2015 ACTE Business Leader of the Year.


Image Mary Boettcher - Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance


Originally recruited as a financial analyst, Mary was promoted to Chief Financial Officer in 2011, and then Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Finance in 2014. She oversees financial reporting and controls; treasury; risk management; tax; internal audit; financial planning and analysis; and investor and banking relations. Mary also directs Realityworks’ manufacturing and distribution services, ensuring that the production of goods and services is efficient and effective. Mary was instrumental in the implementation of Realityworks’ Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in 2011 and has remained passionate about employee ownership. Outside of Realityworks, she is the Board Chair for the National Center for Employment Ownership (NCEO), a 3,000+ member non-profit dedicated to expanding employee ownership. Mary is a past member of the Employee Owned S Corporations of America (ESCA) and has served as a board member of the Wisconsin Chapter of the ESOP Association. She has presented at the national ESOP and NCEO conventions and has been featured in an educational ESOP video on CFO.com. Mary is also passionate about spearheading legislative visits, advocating the value employee-ownership brings to employees, owners and communities. She has educated numerous businesses on the structure of ESOPs, how to make effective decisions and when to implement their own ESOP. Mary is Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the Minnesota Society of CPAs and Women Corporate Directors.

Image Scott Jameson - Vice President of Sales and Marketing


As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Scott is responsible for product and market growth strategies, leading the domestic and international account management teams in cultivating opportunities in new and existing customer markets and the diversification of the company’s program portfolio. He was recruited in 2011 as the Director of Marketing, became the Director of Sales and Marketing in 2014 and then the VP in 2015. Scott has been key in expanding the company’s product portfolio by listening to the market and determining customer needs while applying marketing and engineering resources to increase Realityworks' addressable market and product offerings. He believes strongly that success can come from a great partnership between the company and the classroom and has proven this success by doubling domestic revenues and expanding product line offerings tenfold. He is a result-orientated leader and his creative and authentic approach has shaped a corporate environment of innovation, success and ownership.
