Realityworks Appoints Three Educators to RealCare Customer Advisory Council

Consisting of 11 educators from across the country, the council provides this experiential learning company with insight and product development feedback.

Eau Claire, Wis. (June 6, 2014) – Realityworks, Inc. has recruited three new members for their RealCare Customer Advisory Council. The three members were awarded their new positions on June 1, and will join eight other RealCare Baby Program users from across the country. Their first responsibility as council members will be serving as a voice for their fellow educators at the RealCare Customer Advisory Council meeting this fall.

The new council members are:

With a combined total of over 30 years using the RealCare Baby Program in the fields of family and consumer sciences and health education, these new members will provide valuable insight into the improvement and development of Realityworks’ Total Parenting Experience and Healthy Choices Sex Education program, which Realityworks debuted in April 2014. This new sex education program combines simulators from the Total Parenting Experience with standards-based curriculum that discusses relationships, puberty, sexuality, reproduction, Sexually Transmitted Infections, abstinence and family planning.

The Real Care Customer Advisory Council was established in 2012 to help Realityworks make its programs even more beneficial to the fields of Career and Technical Education, Family and Consumer Science and Health and Human services. The council gives passionate customers a voice product development initiatives and the opportunity to provide valuable insight into best practices and marketing strategies for programs and products. It is comprised of leading educators in areas such as early childhood education, parenting skills, teen pregnancy prevention, healthy relationships and child care career skills. Members’ experience in educating youth on these subjects is used to further guide and direct Realityworks’ product offerings.

"We are impressed with the strong backgrounds and wealth of knowledge the new individuals will bring to the council," said Realityworks President Timmothy Boettcher. “These participants are key to our future success.”
