Q: What accessories should I have when I contact Product Support? 

A: Please be sitting at your computer and have Baby, the battery charger, the control unit (if applicable), bottle, diapers, ID, instructor key, paper clip, and a Phillips screwdriver when you call.

Q: The Baby is communicating with the Control Center, but does not make any sound when I program the Baby for a simulation or run a demonstration.
