EAU CLAIRE, Wis., February 6, 2014– Realityworks®, Inc., recently showed their respect and devotion to the U.S. military by participating in the ESGR (Employer Support of the Guard or Reserve) Statement of Support program. By supporting ESGR, Realityworks joins a network of hundreds of thousands of employers who have pledged to support National Guard and Reserve members by advocating for employees who participate in the military. The signing also signifies that they will fully recognize, honor and enforce the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA), which provides employment support to military personnel in the workforce.
“Supporting and recognizing our military service members is the least we can do for all those who have done so much for us, which is why we were thrilled to learn about and fully support the ESGR Statement of Support program,” said Timm Boettcher, President of Realityworks.
Realityworks employs a total of 58 people and while the company has always supported and encouraged military members to seek employment with them, this program will bring a new emphasis to the initiative. Realityworks Sales Operations Coordinator Chris Dorn has a special tie to this initiative. While working at Realityworks, her husband has been deployed twice. She has seen first-hand the dedication that the company has to military families.
“I have always appreciated the support that Realityworks has offered for any time off that I have needed, even with short notice. Working at a company that recognizes the military as my family does makes this a great place to work and a team I am proud to be a part of,” said Chris.
