HISTORY
- 1994: Rick and Mary Jurmain founded Baby Think It Over, Inc®.
- 2003: The company names changed from BTIO to Realityworks as the product portfolio expanded for the Family and Consumer Sciences Market
- 2005: Jurmains step away from everyday operations and assign longtime employee Timm Boettcher as President
- 2011: Realityworks becomes employee-owned, giving employees shares of the company through an ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan)
- 2012: Product portfolio diversifies with invention of welding simulation and technology products
- 2016: Product portfolio further diversifies into additional CTE Pathways, Agriculture and Health Sciences
- 2021: Realityworks becomes 100% ESOP
