Do you use RealCare Baby 3 in your classroom? If so, it is a good practice to ensure that you are using the most recent version of Control Center and that your Babies are also properly updated.
To find out if you need to update your Control Center software, open the Control Center, click “Help” at the top left corner, scroll down and click “About.” If the version you have is below 4.4, visit the Product Support site here, scroll down and click on the box for either Windows or Mac to update your Control Center. The update is free!
Once you have updated your Control Center, you may notice that your RealCare Baby 3’s now have an * next to the check mark. This indicates that there is a new firmware update available (if your RCB3 does not have an * then your Baby has the most up-to-date firmware). Make sure the Baby is plugged into the charger and that you have about 5 minutes per Baby to complete the update.
