When using your RealCare Baby® Control Center Software, you may notice the appearance of an asterisk next to the green checkmark:
This asterisk indicates that your RealCare Baby’s communication software, or firmware, needs to be updated. Fortunately, this is a simple procedure that comes with many benefits, including:
- Better communication speed
- Less interference
- The ability to change communication channels
- The ability to run battery calibrations
Updating your RealCare Baby firmware takes anywhere from 5-30 minutes, so it is best to schedule this update for a weekend. When you are ready, simply follow the steps in this attachment to update your Babies.
