RealCare Baby® 4 Electronics Board Replacement Instructions
Thank you for working with us to ensure your RealCare Baby 4(s) are working properly. Inside this package is fully functional electronics board for each of your infant simulators affected by this technical issue. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience!
Please use the contents of this package to replace the electronics board of your RealCare Baby 4(s).
Replacement package contents:
- Per Baby:
- New, fully functional electronics board
- New Baby wristband
- Screwdriver
Control Center Deleting a Baby (0:45):
Replacing Electronics (1:52):
- Use the Instructor Key to remove the battery cover on the back of your Baby.
- Unscrew the two screws that secure the electronics board to the Baby. Do not discard the screws.
- Gently pull the old electronics board out of the Baby.
- Slide the new electronics board into the Baby.
- Secure the new electronics board with the two screws you removed in Step 2.
- Put the battery cover back on the Baby and secure it using the Instructor Key.
Replacing the Baby’s Wristband
- Cut off the Baby’s wristband and put the new one on Baby.
- Tighten the wristband and remove the adhesive-backed divider.
- Secure the wristband.
Adding to Control Center and Programming (20:50):
Once you have replaced your electronic board(s), return the faulty board(s) using the UPS label emailed to you by our Product Support Team. As long as we receive your faulty board(s) within 1 week, we will send you a $50 credit to use toward any Realityworks product.
