Meet Terri Lokken, Realityworks’ Quality Control Analyst. Terri has been on the Realityworks team close to 5 years; in fact, she will be celebrating her 5-year anniversary this June! She is key in making sure all our training tools are built and working correctly.
“I work with our suppliers to ensure all products are built the same way every time,” said Terri. “I oversee inspections of our products both here and at our suppliers. I also work with our Product Support Team to help solve issues our customers might have. I keep track of the issues and make help make necessary changes as needed. I work on some cost reduction projects, too. I am slowly but surely learning the ins and outs of all our products!”

Realityworks has launched over 20 new training tools within the last year. Terri was instrumental in the design of the new RealCare Baby® Infant Car Seat/Carrier for RealCare Baby® 3.
“We have so many great products, but I think I have to go with the new RealCare Baby Infant Car Seat/Carrier seat since that was my first big project,” said Terri.
Balancing work and life
This March marked one year since many of employees started adjusting to our new work environments. Terri has had to adjust her work-life balance tremendously. She continues to come into the office to inspect products and works from home office at various times to speak to our suppliers.
“This can be hard some days since we have supplier across the ocean, but I try to schedule calls with those suppliers early in the morning or after supper on non-sports nights,” said Terri. “It seems to be working out well.”

Terri has three kids and enjoys spending her time outside of work with them. We asked her what her favorite thing to do outside of you of work.
“Watching my kids play sports,” she stated.
