Branding Guidelines

The Product Branding Guidelines are to be used on all applicable products to ensure consistency in branding as well as the look and feel of our products. Our goal is to give the customer quality products that are easily identified as Realityworks products. Use this information only as a guide and know exceptions may occur. The Realityworks Senior Visual Designer is the controller of this information.

Product Development Design Standards

This link will take you to another page where specification documents are held to provide information on standardized product design elements.

The Realityworks Logo

There are several variations of the Realityworks®, Inc. logo. All are to be used only as intended, without modifying colors or proportions.

Controlled logo files accessible upon request:
1069511-01 Realityworks Logo (2-color, black or white options)
1069512-01 Realityworks Web Address Logo (2-color, black or white options)

Realityworks Logo Spacing

Spacing

The Realityworks logo (all versions) should have spacing around it and any accompanying content that is equal to the height, squared, of the “s” in whatever scale the logo is sized to (see examples above).

Size

The Realityworks logo should never be displayed smaller than 3/4” (1.905 cm) wide on any printed materials.
This ensures that “Live it. Learn it.” is readable.

Colors

The main colors of the logo are black and orange. Each version can be displayed in black with an orange star, all black, white, or white with an orange star. In each scenario, the background color should be taken into consideration, and the option with the most contrast should generally be used.

Marketing Materials Standard Signature

There are several variations of the signature. Each version should include 800.830.1416 (or market specific 800 number), web address, copyright information, item part number, and creation date. All are to be used only as intended, without modifying colors or proportions. The 100% Employee-Owned logo version can be used if spacing allows (logo available upon request).

Company Colors

The colors below are approved to differentiate products and product categories as well as to highlight callout information.

The Realityworks brand colors (black and orange) should be used throughout all marketing materials.

The other four colors below are considered callout and/or categorization colors and should be used to differentiate areas within catalogs or multi-product marketing materials (see the four areas of interest categories below). Each of these colors should be used in a consistent manner across each product line.

Note: The area of interest icons are not trademarked and are only used to help differentiate each category. These icons can change depending on what the company is trying to highlight. The same goes for the texture background overlay.

Font Usage

The primary font used throughout all marketing materials is Myriad Pro. All variations of Myriad Pro are acceptable and should be used in a consistent manner across all materials.

Adobe Garamond Pro is also used as a secondary font. This font should never be used in header or subheader copy. All variations are acceptable.

Arial is used in the signature area on all printed materials as a slight differentiator from informational copy. This includes the contact information, copyright, part number, and development date within the signature (generally displayed on the back or very bottom of marketing print materials).

Web friendly sans-serif fonts should be used throughout all online marketing.

NOTICE: The use of other fonts is acceptable in callout information, social media posts and videos.
