The RealCareer Employability Skills Program is an engaging, easy-to-implement solution that uses hands-on activities as well as real-world applications to teach students 20 soft skills, from communication and interpersonal skills to time management and responsibility. Its flexible design means teachers can use it to supplement existing employability skills lessons or teach a complete unit on the top soft skills today’s employers demand. It’s been used successfully in high schools, post-secondary institutions, and workforce development programs across the country.
