This manikin weighs about 100 pounds and features the pendulous breasts, skin folds, and weighted pannus commonly found in bariatric patients. Bariatric Patient Care Practice
From bathing and ear care to oral care and catheterization, students can practice a variety of patient care skills on this manikin. Included Curriculum
The award-winning Bariatric Nursing Manikin comes with an 11-lesson downloadable curriculum that features lessons on ambulation assistance, basic bariatric patient care, and patient transfer. The complete curriculum takes 11-14 hours to complete, but you can select specific lessons or activities that fit best with your classes.
